PIZZA LESSON EXPERIENCE.

Our partners for the "pizza masterclass" are Pizzeria San Carlo 17, located in front of the famous Teatro San Carlo, and the pizzeria owned by brothers Francesco and Salvatore Salvo, which is in the elegant Chiaia district, across from Villa Comunale and the beautiful Naples seafront. Here, you will learn to make Neapolitan pizza in a class with a true pizzaiolo, gaining the opportunity to learn the secrets of the dough, spend a couple of enjoyable hours, and taste an exceptional pizza. In the first part of the course, you will follow the Master Pizzaiolo in preparing the dough from scratch. You will then actively participate in cutting the mozzarella and preparing the tomato sauce. All fresh and genuine ingredients will be provided. Pizza is a symbol of Italy and is made with simple ingredients complemented by a touch of creativity. After the pizza-making course, there will be either lunch or dinner.
